With in 72 hours from the delivery of dog/puppy, Buyer will have this dog vet checked at the buyer’s expense. The purchase price will be refunded only of the dog has any contagious or congenital disease, and the buyer returns the dog to the seller at the buyers expense with in the allotted 72 hours, accompanied by a written statement from the attending Veterinarian, with copies of the medical records and a complete diagnosis, which will be verified by my Veterinarian prior to any adjustment being made. If the dog is to be returned, UNDER NO circumstances should medical treatment or immunizations be provided.
Any condition not detected by your veterinarian during the first 72 hours will not be covered under this agreement, Except Congenital Heart Disease or Congenital Kidney disease, which will be warranted for one year from the date whelped, In that event, a replacement will be given only upon the return of the puppy alive and after verification by my veterinarian, and DNA testing if seller thinks necessary. Failure to have the dog checked with in the 72 hour period or resale of the dog will render this sale “AS IS” and no warranties will apply.
Internal or external parasites, allergies or any condition preventable and / or treatable by the buyer, including, but not limited to, injury, exhaustion, hypoglycemia, or any other stress related conditions, will not be warranted
This dog is sold as pet quality, intended for companionship, with no guarantees as to breeding soundness.
There is no guarantee on the color or size of puppy now or as an adult.
There will be no refund on shipping charges and all deposits are non-refundable.
If puppy is registered ~ registration papers are guaranteed on this dog, if not presently available, will be mailed to the buyer as soon as possible.
Failure of the buyer to print, sign and send Dog Purchasing Contract/Guarantee to the seller prior to or with in the 24 hour period after the delivery of dog / puppy will render this sale “AS IS” and no warranties will apply.
If the puppy dies within one year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason and the Seller must be notified within 2 days of the licensed veterinarian determination. A written statement from 2 unassociated licensed veterinarians stating the same problem and the Seller has the option to have the condition verified by Seller's veterinarian as well as the right to have DNA identification performed. If such problem is found that is covered by the guarantee, the buyer can exchange for a puppy of equal value as soon as one becomes available.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Oklahoma, in the County of Oklahoma. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Feed Eukanuba small breed puppy food. Leave water and dry food available at all times.
Caution ~ Stress is the main cause of Death in puppies. Keep playtime to less than 15 minutes every 2 hours to prevent stress and low blood sugar. This is an extremely serious condition and requires immediate treatment.
